Roller skating with my Chaser Whip Roller Skates

Hello, friend! I hope you are doing well and keeping safe. I am okay, all things considering. I guess there's really nothing left to do now except to wait the pandemic out, all the while hoping to elect better leaders and not die. 

Aside from buying little treats every now and then to distract me from the everyday reality that I am in the Philippines, I am also immersing myself into new hobbies, one of which is rollerskating that I also blogged about previously. 

My precious quarantine quads have arrived, and it really is so pretty!

Chaser Whip Roller Skates

I also got a bunch of accessories as well as safety gear so I can hopefully learn how to skate unscathed. I have a helmet, pads for my wrists, elbows, and knees, a skate leash, toe caps, and other stuff to prettify my skates with.

Work has been a little busy the last couple of days so I was not able to skate as much, but it's a long weekend as Monday is a non-working holiday, so I am using the time and dedicating it to this new hobby.

Thankfully my balcony is spacious enough so I am rolling around in it while I am not confident enough to roll outside yet.

Hoping to document my skating journey in video as well, but I always forget. Oh well, maybe I can try again later. 

And I know I am not that great at roller skating yet, but I already have my eyes on my next pair. Wishing for my own Luna Skates in Princess. Someday, someday. :)
