It was indeed a ✧・゚: *✧・゚:* magical *:・゚✧*:・゚✧ weekend for me as I attended the launch of Viviamo! Inc.'s line of planners for 2019 last Saturday and Sunday at the Estancia Mall. The over-arching theme was Make Today Magical, and the BDJ team certainly delivered.
Over the course of the two day-event I learned how to apply blending and shadows in calligraphy thanks to Leah Ang of Calligraphy Love MNL (I already know basic calligraphy from a workshop I attended before);
Personalized my canvas bag with stamps at the Bag Stamping Booth facilitated by Alessandra Lanot of Life After Breakfast;
Unlocked indecisions and manifested my immediate and long-term plans into something tangible with Ina Bacud's LEGO® Life Builds;
Enjoyed Pistachio Almond ice cream c/o Baskin Robbins;
Customized my own Gratitude Jar I intend to fill with beautiful things I am thankful for;
Saw old friends and met new ones from the planning community; learned a lot from the Passion Purpose Talks I attended specifically Embrace Ambition by Kassy Pajarillo and Fun, Fearless, Forward by Jillian Gatcheco-Cantada; got read of my future as told by tarot cards; and even got a special Mentor Me session with #girlboss Darlyn Sandra Ty, the founder of Belle de Jour.
Through the various activities and talks at the event, I realized that I really am happiest when I make. Sometimes I forget this, but I am thankful to communities like the Bella Tribe for the reminder.
As you know, I am currently obsessed with everything planner-related, so I am very excited to show you my loot. Here are the contents of my [super packed!] Media Kit, thanks to the generous sponsors and organizers:
I will give you a preview of all of Viviamo! Inc,'s planners to guide your decision on which planner/s to get for the next year so watch out for that. Here is my shopping loot from snooping around the sellers' tables for two days:
I even won a gift certificate to a month-long gym membership at Curves Century City Mall which is very near my condo! Perfect for my plans to get fitter before the year ends!
My craft fund is almost empty but my heart is full. I am so happy to have met kindred spirits. Such a fun and fulfilling weekend, I can’t express it succinctly. Thank you so much to Darlyn, Mir, Lai, and the rest of the team! Now I am fueled up for the rest of 2018 and excited for the year ahead!
I am looking forward to sharing with you the rest of the lessons I learned from the sessions in the hopes it will inspire you, too. After all, a candle loses nothing by lighting another candle.
My heart is full. 2019 is going to be ✧・゚: *✧・゚:* magical *:・゚✧*:・゚✧.
